We can buy dumbbells, bars, elastic bands or other homemade items that serve as weight to exercise.

On the other hand, it is always good to have training surfaces, which also serve to develop flexibility and stability exercises. That's why we can buy a simple mat, a fitball or a bosu. Of course, the easiest will be the mat, but later, we can acquire a fitball to incorporate variants to the training and to progress in the routine.

In every gym, and even more at home, where we need to perform self-monitoring and motivate us to exercise regularly, it is always good to have a mirror to supervise positions, explanatory videos that do not need to be bought, as we can take them from the Internet. Likewise, a great ally of training is music, which stimulates and entertains us while we work, as well as a heart rate monitor that we can acquire over time to perfect our training and achieve with the objectives set.

Of course, it is not necessary to acquire all this initially, because as I said, with little we can train and be in shape at home.
